Our Story

NAYAK Facility Services was founded in 2013 with a simple goal: give commercial property owners across the United States a single, dependable partner for everything it takes to keep a building running — cleaning, security, maintenance, grounds, and more.

What began as a regional janitorial company has grown into a full-service facility management provider serving offices, hospitals, schools, retail centers, and industrial sites in 18 states. Every contract is backed by trained, vetted crews and a management team that answers the phone.

Our mission is straightforward: deliver clean spaces and healthy places so our clients’ people, patients, students, and customers can thrive — and to do it with the consistency that comes from treating facility services as our core craft, not an afterthought.
